Wow. That’s the best word to describe the California Mortgage Expo held on November 5, 2024, at the Hilton Pasadena. The energy was palpable, and with nearly 1,000 mortgage professionals registered, it was clear that this was one for the books. From the standing-room-only sessions to a jam-packed exhibit hall, the day showcased why the California Mortgage Expo remains the premier event for mortgage originators and brokers in the Golden State.
Attendees were treated to top-tier educational sessions covering everything from market insights to the latest compliance updates and business growth strategies. With exclusive programs and complimentary NMLS renewal courses, participants left armed with actionable tools to grow their businesses and stay ahead in a competitive market. The connections made throughout the day, whether at the networking events or during lively discussions in the packed exhibit hall, underscored what makes this expo truly special.
The Pasadena show capped off an incredible year of record-breaking attendance across several Originator Connect Network events, including stops in Austin, Irvine, and Dallas. It’s been a year of growth, learning, and new opportunities for mortgage professionals across the country.
Looking ahead, we’re excited to continue building on this success. Join us for our Mortgage Holiday Party in Irvine on December 5, 2024, and get ready for an expanded lineup of California Mortgage Expos in 2025. We’re adding Palm Springs and Sacramento to the tour, alongside our existing shows in Irvine, San Diego, Pasadena, and Oakland. With thousands of attendees each year, these events are the state’s largest and best gatherings for mortgage origination professionals.
